摘要
目的建立保健食品中阿魏酸的反相高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:AichromBond-1 C184.6 mm×150 mm,5μm,流动相:乙睛∶0.085%磷酸水溶液=20∶80检测波长320 nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱箱温度30℃。结果阿魏酸在1.0~10.0μg/ml范围内呈好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为90.3%~94.2%,相对标准偏差分别为6.00%~7.51%。结论该方法简便,准确,能够满足保健食品中阿魏酸含量的检测要求。
Objective To establish the method of ferulic acid in health foods with reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Method The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was composed. Chromatographic column: Aiehrom Bond-1 C18 4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5 /an. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitril and 0.085% phostrate acid (20:80) ; the wave length was 320 nm; speeds of flow were 1.0 ml/min; column box temperature was 30℃ . Results The ferulic acid appeared the good linear relationship from 1.0-10.0 μg/ml (r = 0.999 8). The average return-ratio is 90.3%-94.2% . The relatively standard deviations respectively is 6.00%-7.51% . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, can satisfy the health foods the asafoetida acid content examination request.
