正交实验优化高分子量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺水分散体的制备工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以马来酸酐接技聚乙烯醇合成了马来酸酐一聚乙烯醇大单体,以其作为分散剂合成了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)分散体。研究表明,在总单体质量分数0.3、反应时间8h、丙烯酸中和度0.8、搅拌速率300r/min的条件下,制备HPAM的优化工艺条件为:V(醇):V(水)=5:5,引发剂质量分数0.25%,分散剂质量分数3%,m(AA):m(AM)=1:4,聚合反应温度75℃,HPAM相对分子质量可达5.41×10^7,固含量(质量分数)达0.28。 To obtain polyacrylamide (HPAM) with high molecular weight and high solid content, novel macromonomer PVAMAH was synthesized by grafting polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with maleic anhydride. HPAM aqueous dispersion was prepared by using macromonomer PVAMAH as dispersion stabilizer. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows by orthogonally arranged experiments: volume ratio of ethanol to water 5 : 5, mass fraction of initiator ammonium persulfate 0. 002 5, mass fraction of novel stabilizer PVAMAH 0.03, mass ratio of ac 4 and copolymerization temperature 75 ℃. Product with Mw (HPAM)= 5. rylic acid to acrylamide 1 : 41 ×10^7 and solid content (mass fraction) of HPAM up to 0.28 was obtained under above conditions.
