摘要
领导理论是研究领导有效性的理论,是组织行为研究领域中一个重要的组成部分。领导的有效性取决于领导者、被领导者和环境三者之间的关系。传统领导理论的研究主要从领导特质理论、行为理论和权变理论三个方面进行探讨的;目前,CPM领导理论、魅力型领导理论、变革型领导理论以及以价值观为本的领导理论是学术界关注的热点;未来领导理论的趋势主要表现在女性领导、伦理领导、虚拟领导、跨文化领导和综合型领导等。
The purpose of this article is to review and comment on the leadership theories. Leadership theory studies the effectiveness of leadership which is an important part of organizational behavior. The article introduces briefly three traditional leadership theories of the trait theory, behavioral theory and contingency theory. Then, the study focuses on the CPM leadership theory, charismatic leadership theory, transformational leadership theory and value-based leadership theory. Finally, future directions of leadership theory research are also discussed.
