"忠恕之道"是儒家的为人处世之道。作为一种道德原则和道德实践方法,其所表现的是对自己的要求与对他人的态度。在当前行政伦理建设中,"忠恕之道"所蕴含的"平等"、"宽恕"、"责任"理念仍有重要的借鉴意义。

The thoughts of loyalty and consideration are the Confucians＇ basic ways to conduct oneself in society. As Moral principle and a way of moral practice, it manifests the demand to oneself and one should take attitude toward others. The thoughts of loyalty and consideration include the attitude of equality, forgiving others and responsibility of the idea of loyalty and consideration, it is also an important reference significance to the Construction of Adminis- trative Ethic.
