法律如何信仰

A Belief in Law?

信仰是人类意识对客观世界及其自身生命过程的反映,是人的最基本、最深刻的精神活动和人类特有的精神现象,也是统摄指导其他一切意识形式的最高意识形式,它具有超现实性、非逻辑性和超功利性,所指向的是意义深远的超凡之物。法律的偏私性使其注定不能成为信仰的对象。法律信仰只是法律人的自塑。

Belief is a mental form which governs and supervises all the other consciousness. It has super-reality, no-logicality and super-utility which refer to something that is abstract and mysterious. Since the law is always in the situation where it only show partiality for the major side of the society, it can not doomed to be a belief. The belief in law is just something created by the lawyers for some purposes.
