图书馆员是推动图书馆事业发展的动力。本文从建设高校图书馆的知识服务体系、建立高校图书馆员的团结协作精神和培训"学科馆员"的三个方面来构建高校图书馆员与图书馆的和谐发展,并且进一步分析了提升高校图书馆员素质的重要性。

Librarians are the driving force to promote librarianship development. This article constructs the harmonious development between the University Librarians and Library from three aspects： the knowledge-building service system of University Library, the establishment of University Librarians in the spirit of unity and cooperation, training ＇subject librarian＇ . And further analyzes the importance to enhance the quality of university librarians.
