Research Progress on Extraction and Isolation of Active Constituents from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi

黄芩由于具有广泛的生物活性备受国内外学者关注,其活性成分提取分离技术也得到了一定的发展。笔者查阅了国内外关于黄芩活性成分提取分离的大量资料,综述了黄芩苷、黄芩素及其他成分提取、分离纯化方法的研究,从而为开辟新的提取分离技术奠定了文献基础。

Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has been concerned by domestic and foreign scholars, because of a wide range of biological activity. Accordingly, its extraction and isolation technique have also acquired a certain development. Referring to the large number of domestic and international studies on Scutellaria baicalensis, the baicalin, baicalein and other constituents extraction, separation and purification methods are reviewed, so as to lay the foundation to open up a new extraction and separation technique.
