The paper discusses the connotation and practice of the working and study combination teaching pattern refornl in traveling management speciality in Wuxi Institute of Technology. The higher vocational colleges＇ traveling management specialty should emphasize on the location, the pattern and the system in practice, and encourage the teachers to participate in the working and study combination, raise the student vocational skill level earnestly.
