摘要
企业控制权接管市场机制是一种针对企业控制权转移的外部市场化监管机制。本文在对企业控制权接管理论探讨的基础上,研究了企业控制权接管中收益来源以及全面收购过程的效率问题,并得出相关研究结论。
Market for enterprise control, or takeover market, is an effective mechanism to marketwise and supervise the control right of an enterprise. On the basis of probing into the market for enterprise control, the article focuses on research in proceeds of control right takeover and the efficiency of enterprise privatization.
