摘要
目的探讨颈椎病的发病机制及牵引按摩配合理疗治疗颈椎病的作用机理和治疗效果。方法应用牵引按摩、电脑中频、石蜡疗法综合治疗颈椎病1072例,1次/d。结果痊愈381例、近愈412例、好转230例、无效49例,总有效率95.4%。结论临床应用牵引按摩、电脑中频、石蜡疗法治疗颈椎病,疗效好、痛苦小,大多数患者经治疗均可缓解或临床治愈。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis and the mechanism and treatment effects of traction massage with physical therapy on cervical disease.Methods 1 072 cases of cervical spondylosis were treated by traction massage, computer-IF and paraffin therapy once a day.Results there were 381 cases of recovery,412 cases of more recent,230 cases of im- proved,and 49 cases of ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.4%.Conclusion The methods of traction massage,computer-IF and paraffin treatment of cervical spondylosis is high efficacy and suffering small,most patients can be treated through clinical cure or mitigation.
