窄带噪声暴露后豚鼠血SOD、MDA和GSH的变化 被引量:5

摘要 为评价强噪声暴露后体内自由基引起的脂质过氧化反应的变化,将豚鼠60只随机分为5组,2组正常对照,3组暴露噪声(126dBSPL,3h/d,连续5d或10d)。豚鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力、血清丙二醛(MDA)和全血谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果发现,噪声暴露5d,血清SOD增加;暴露10d,SOD降低(P都大于0.05)。MDA的含量随暴露时间延长增加(P<0.05);GSH的含量随暴露时间的延长降低(P<0.01)。表明,强噪声暴露后自由基引起的脂质过氧化反应增强。提示。 In order to evaluate the changes of lipid peroxide response induced by free radical after intense noise exposure,levels of T-SOD and MDA in serum and GSH in blood of guinea pigs were determined.Sixty male adult guinea pigs were used.The narrow band noise was centered at 1000Hz with 100Hz band width 126 dB SPL.It was found:1) SOD activity in serum increased after 5d exposure (P>0.05),but decreased after 10d exposure (P>0.05);2)contents of MDA in serum increased (P<0.05) and contents of GSH in blood decreased with increase of exposure time (P<0.01).It shows that the lipid peroxide response induced by free radicals increased after intense noise exposure and it is possible to use free radical scavengers and/or antioxidant in prevention and treatment of noise induced damage.
