增塑剂三甘醇二异辛酸酯的合成 被引量:10

摘要 研究了在实验室条件下,以硫酸、磷酸为催化剂合成三甘醇二异辛酸酯的最佳工艺条件,并初步探讨了SO42-/TiO2和SO42-/Fe2O3固体超强酸催化剂的催化效果。结果表明,硫酸催化的最佳反应条件为:m(硫酸)/m(三甘醇)=1.2%,n(异辛酸)/n(三甘醇)=2.15,反应温度220℃,反应时间6 h,酯化率达到96.3%;磷酸催化的最佳反应条件为:m(磷酸)/m(三甘醇)=3.0%,n(异辛酸)/n(三甘醇)=2.15,反应温度220℃,反应时间7h,酯化率达到95.2%;SO42-/TiO2和SO42-/Fe2O3固体超强酸催化剂也具有较好的催化效果,进一步研究后有望应用于实际工业生产。 Studied on the optimum conditions of triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexoate was catalyzed by sul- furic acid, phosphoric acid and solid super acid catalyst under the lab condition, SO4^2-/TiO2 and SO4^2-/ Fe2O3 solid superacid catalyst effect was studied also. The result showed for the catalyst of sulfuric acid, un- der the optimal reaction condition: the yield of esterification reached 96. 3%, mass ratio of sulfuric acid/tri- ethylene glycol was 1.2%, for 6h. For the catalyst of and mole ratio of 2-ethylhexanoic acid/triethylene glycol was 2. 15, reaction at 220℃ phosphoric acid, under the optimal condition: the yield of esterification reached 95.2%, reaction at 220℃ for 7h, mole ratio of 2-ethylhexanoic acid/triethylene glycol was 2. 15 and mass ratio of phosphoric acid/ triethylene glycol was 3.0%. The results also showed that the two kinds of super acid catalysts, compared with no catalyst, presented better performance, and would be the promising indus- trial catalyst for further research.
