摘要
本文建立了齿轮承载接触分析(LTCA)的模型,考虑了误差条件下的齿面准确几何性态,以及由此产生的齿面间隙、齿间间隙,并用有限元柔度系数法计算了齿轮及其支撑的变形,有机地结合了齿轮的几何分析与力学分析。
In this paper,on the basis of tooth contact analysis (TCA) considering accurate geometry topology,a model including transmission error,gaps between working tooth surfaces,deformations of gears and their supports for loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) of gear drives was established.A corresponding apporoach is presented,which combines the geometrical and mechanical analyses into one and provides the simulating results.
