强制隔离戒毒所内HIV暴露因素及预防策略

HIV exposure factors and prevention strategies in compulsory isolated detoxification center

目的:了解强制戒毒人员HIV感染情况,分析强制隔离戒毒所内HIV暴露因素,探讨预防策略。方法:对2004年-2008年10月强制隔离戒毒人员进行HIV抗体检测,组织强戒在所的强制戒毒人员225名和监管民警30名独立完成自编艾滋病相关知识及暴露后处理方法的调查问卷。结果:强制戒毒人员HIV感染呈上升趋势,HIV暴露因素较多。结论:亟需制定监管部门的艾滋病病毒暴露防护工作指导原则,完善规范管理,防止HIV在强制隔离戒毒所内暴露感染。

Objective： To know the mandatory drug addicts infected with HIV, analyze the HIV exposure factors and explore prevention strategies. Methods： HIV antibody test was conducted in compulsory isolated addicts col- lected from 2004 to Oct, 2008.225 addicts and 30 civilian police complete questionnaire concerning self-AIDS-re- lated knowledge and treatment methods of post-exposure independently. Results： The rate of HIV infection of ad- dicts increased. Many factors of HIV exposure were observed. Conclusion： Regulatory authorities need to develop guiding principles of HIV prevention exposure work, improve regulation and management, and prevent HIV infected and exposed in compulsory isolated detoxification center.
