摘要
本文采用透射电镜和能谱研究了30CrMnSi钢经预淬得到板条马氏体后再亚温淬火时,马氏体加铁素体纤维状双相组织的形成机理。实验结果表明:纤维状双相组织的形成过程分三个阶段。第一阶段,奥氏体于原板条马氏体板条边界上碳化物处形核、长大,直到碳化物完全溶解;第二阶段,奥氏体沿原板条马氏体板条边界生长,直到布满整个原板条马氏体板条边界;第三阶段,奥氏体在合金元素扩散的控制下沿垂直于原板条马氏体板条边界生长。
This paper deals with the formation mechanism of martensite plus ferritefibrous dual-phase structure of.30CrMnSi steel observed with TEM and EDAX,which is first quench hardened to get lath martensite and then intercriticallyquench hardened.It is shown that the formation process of martensite plusferrite fibrous dual-phase structure is divided into three steps.First,the auste-nite nucleates and grows up at the cementite site on the boundary of originalmartensite laths until the cementites are completely dissolved.Next,the auste-nite grows up along the boundary or original martensile laths until the auste-nite is scattered all over the boundary of laths.And finally,the austenitegrows up vertically to the boundary of laths,and it is controlled by the diffu-sion of alloy elements.
