结核并发眼病55例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tuberculosis Complicated with Ocular Diseases

【目的】探讨在结核患者中并发眼病的临床特征。【方法】回顾性分析本院2006年1月至2008年6月9120例结核患者中55例并发眼病的病例资料。【结果】眼睑结核1例；泡性结膜炎9例；眼外肌麻痹13例；葡萄膜炎14例；中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变5例；视乳头水肿3例；视神经炎3例；视网膜出血5例；眼带状疱疹2例。其中视神经炎、葡萄膜炎、眼带状疱疹易引起误诊。【结论】结核患者并发眼病常有其一定特征，应引起结核科、眼科医生重视，避免临床误诊，延误治疗。

[Objective] To explore the clinical features of tuberculosis（TB） complicated with ocular disease. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was performed on 55 cases suffering from ocular disease diagnosed among 9120 TB patients from January 2006 to June 2008 in our hospital. [Results] There were 1 eyelid tuberculosis, 9 phlyctenular conjunctivitis, 13 external ophthalmoplegia, 14 uveitis, 5 central serous choroidoretinopathy, 3 papilledema, 3 optic neuritis, 5 retinal hemorrhage and 2 herpes zoster palpehral dermatitis. Among all ocular diseases, optic neuritis, uveitis and herpes zoster palpebral dermatitis were easy to he misdiagnosed. [Conclusion]The clinical features of TB complicated with ocular diseases should be emphasized by TB physicians and oculists so as to prevent the misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.
