摘要
本文通过对高等教育主动适应社会主义市场经济客观必然性的认识，分析了如何根据其本身特点，主动适应市场经济的需要，发挥其对高等教育改革的积极推动作用。进而从地方建设的需要和高校职能的扩大阐述了高等学校要为地方建设服务以及服务的主要途径。
おecognized the necessity for the univessity edecation to accustorm to the socialism market economy. analyzed how to initiatine accustorm to the market economy according to the specialities of the university, and how to elabated the function for the university education reform. Discussed the main path for the university to sence to the locality development both from the locality needs and the university function.
