摘要 分析了某电厂600MW超临界机组双背压凝汽器背压差偏小的原因,为发挥双背压凝汽器的技术优势,对其抽空气系统进行了改造。通过对改造前后抽空气系统不同运行方式的对比试验,证明对双背压凝汽器抽空气系统连接方式的改造,技术上可行,经济效果明显,值得其他同类机组借鉴。 Reasons for the lowered pressure differences between the HP side and LP side of the double back pressure condenser of a 600 MW super-critical generating unit are analyzed in this paper. With a view to taking the technical advantages of the double back pressure condenser, the air extraction system in the condenser is upgraded. Comparative tests on the air extraction system in the different operation modes before and after the upgrading prove that the upgrading on the connection of the air extraction system of the double back pressure condenser is technically feasible with material economical benefits, and that this renovation is worth being recommended for other similar units.
