摘要
随着通信电缆应用的日趋广泛,其安装、维护过程中的配对及故障点检测也逐渐成为一个亟待解决的问题。目前使用的测试仪器采用电阻分压原理,其电阻值容易受到外界条件和电缆长度的干扰,从而影响测量的准确性。因此,必须引入一条导电良好的参考地线。最后对新研制的"多芯通信电缆配对及故障测试仪"工作原理及设计方案进行了探讨,并提出了产品化后的性能指标。
Along with the increasingly widespread applications of communications cables, resolving problems of pair-matching and fault location detection gradually becomes an arduous task in installation and maintenance of the projects. The existing testing instruments are mainly based on the principle of resistance divider; its demerit is the environmental conditions and the length of the cable easily influence the value of the resistance. Thus, the accuracy of the test can not be guaranteed. It is necessary to introduce a reference grounding wire that features good conductivity. The operational principle and design method of the newly developed "pair-matching and fault testing instrument for multi-core communication cables" are investigated and the performance indexes of the product are proposed.
