小学流动教师工作适应状况的调查研究——以个案研究为例 被引量:4

Vocational Adaption: A Case Study of the Flow of Primary School Teachers——Based on Case Studies

摘要 以往相关研究的研究对象多为刚刚走上教师岗位的初任教师,已有从业经验的流动教师的工作适应问题的研究几乎为空白。小学流动教师的工作适应关乎基础教育的质量、教师队伍的稳定、教师个人的专业发展。通过对三位小学流动教师的个案研究,记录了她们工作适应的状况,分析了影响工作适应的原因,以期为增强流动教师的工作适应性提供一定的借鉴。 The existing literature mainly studies the novel teachers, while the vocational adaption of teachers with teaching experiences was less studied. The flow of primary teachers influences the quality of basic education, and their individual vocation development. The research investigated the vocational adaption of three primary school teachers by case study and analysis the influencing factors so as to provide reference for improving teachers' vocational adaptation.
