摘要
通过对集装箱正面吊运机力矩限制数学模型的研究,提出一种新颖的参数化力矩限制方法。该方法不需关心繁杂的机器几何参数,可降低力矩限制控制系统对机械结构及有关参数的依赖程度,提高开发调试效率;可用于集装箱正面吊运机的力矩限制安全保护。
Though analyzing the moment limit mathematical model of reach stacker, a novel parametric moment limit method is puts forward. Using this method, it is not needed to take care of the multifarious geometric parameters. It can reduce the dependence degree to mechanical structures and its related parameters of the moment limit control system, and improved the efficiency of developing and debugging. It will provide the safety protection for moment limit of reach stacker.
