摘要
采用心理健康SCL-90症状自评量表和教师教学效果评价问卷SEEQ量表,对高职院校教师的心理健康状况及其与教学效果的关系进行调查研究。结果表明,高职教师的心理健康状况与全国成年人常模相比存在非常显著的差异,高职教师心理健康状况与教学效果总体上相关不显著。
By applying the SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scale of psychological health and students evalu- ation of education quality (SEEQ), this paper studies the relationship between teachers' psychological health and the education quality in the vocational colleges. The result shows that there exist distinct differences in tea- chers' psychological health condition in vocational colleges compared with national normal adult model. And there isn' t distinct connection between teachers' psychological health condition and the education quality.
