Integrated control technique for losing coal spontaneous combustion of the top-coal falling region in high-gas mine

摘要 从岩石力学角度分析了断层高冒区形成的原因,以传热传质理论为基础,探讨了高冒区遗煤自燃原因.在此基础上结合平煤十三矿13081工作面煤巷高冒区自然发火情况,分析了注浆、封堵漏风通道、注氮等几种灭火技术综合作用下的灭火效果.通过综合灭火技术的实施,CO等标志性气体迅速下降,直至消失.实践证明,在治理高冒区遗煤自燃时,应用综合灭火防治技术是可行的. Reasons on the forms the fault top - coal falling region is analyzed at an angle of rock mechanics. By taking heat transfer and mass transfer theory as the basis, reason of the losing coal spontaneous combustion in top -coal failing region is discussed. On this basis, fire fighting technique effect by the action of grout, plugging leakage channel and nitrogen injection is analyzed combined with the actual situation of the spontaneous ignition in working surface of 13081 of the 13th mine, Pingdingshan coal co. Ltd. The content of index gas CO rapidly declines and finally it disappears by the implementation of an integrated fire - extinguishing technology. The results show that the integrated fire - extinguishing technology is feasible to control the losing coal spontaneous combustion in the top -coal falling region.
