摘要
对含有模拟制造分层缺陷的复合材料层压板的压—压疲劳试验表明,层压板有较好的压—压疲劳性能,其低于106循环的S—N曲线在单对数坐标下呈直线关系。低应力水平和寿命高于106循环的试件的剩余压缩强度的下降量低于10%。超声波C扫描的结果显示,试件的损伤扩展一般是由边缘分层开始的。
The compression compression fatigue behaviour of composite laminates with initate fabricated delanination falw haw been investigated.It is indicate that the laminate have good compression compression fatigue behaviour and the curves of S—N in the cycles less than 10 6 cycles are linear on the single logarithmic coordinate.The residual compression strength of specimen with life longer than 10 6 cycles at low stress lever,has less reduce than ten percent.The result measured by ultrasonic C scan shows that the damage extension of specimen start from edge delamination generaly.
