GGE双标图对油菜双列杂交试验结果的分析 被引量:19

摘要 运用GGE双标图对甘蓝型油菜4个显性纯合两型系与7个恢复系配制的双列杂交试验进行分析,结果表明:一般配合力(GCA)较高的亲本为不育系G588 AB、D 3 AB和恢复系56R、91 R,而特殊配合力(SCA)较高的亲本是不育系G8 AB、D3AB和恢复系56 R、16 R。不育系G588 AB和恢复系91 R是区分能力和代表性最好的亲本。SCA较高的组合有D 3 AB×7 R、Gd1 AB×D21 R、G8 AB×16 R和G8 AB×56 R。
