摘要
实测了攀钢高炉现场渣的表面粘度、表面张力及渣—石墨间的界面张力等重要的表面物理化学性质,考察了CaF2、MnO、BaO、MgO、TiO2及碱度等对以上诸性质的影响.在此基础上,讨论了高钛型高炉渣的起泡机理和在炉内焦炭层中的透过性.
The important surface physicochemical properties of BF slag bearing high TiO 2 of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co-surface viscosity,surface tension and molten slag-graphite interface tension are measured.The effects of different components and basicity on the surface properties mentioned above are examined.Based on the results,the foaming mechanism and penetrability in coke layer of moltn BF slag containing high TiO 2 are discussed.
