几何尺寸对矿棉吸声板挠度的影响

摘要 矿棉吸声板密度和弹性模量是影响板材挠曲变形的根本因素,但板材的几何尺寸也是影响挠曲变形不容忽视的因素。板材在周边支承的吊挂中,其中心挠度与板长a和板宽b的比值所对应的矩形平板系数C0与板宽的四次方的乘积(C0b4)成正比,与板厚h的平方成反比。因此,在湿热环境中应用时应选择C0b4小、厚度大的产品。 Though the density and elastic modulus of mineral wool sound absorbing board are the basic factors affecting the flexure and deforming of board,the geometry dimensions of board is also a non-negligible factor. During the board suspended around perimeter, the centre flexibility is in direct proportion to the product of the rectangular flat coefficient C0, responding to the ratio of length a and width b of the board, and the fourth power of width b (C0b4), as well as in inverse proportion to the thickness h of the board. Therefore, the products with the small value of C0b4 and large thickness should be applied for damp and hot environment.
