摘要
分析了一种高温锰磷化工艺,讨论槽液各参数的变化对磷化膜品质的影响、槽液的控制管理及磷化膜的检测,总结工艺控制的要点,获得稳定良好的磷化膜。
In this article is a kind of technological analysis of manganese phosphor under high temperature is introduced. The influence on the quality of phosphide film with parameter change of liquid, the control management of liquid in groove and inspection of phosphide film are discussed. The essentials of technological control are summarized. So stable and excellent phosphide film is obtained.
