儿童肾髓质癌一例

摘要患者女，11岁。因尿液浑浊有泡沫2年，加重伴间断果冻状6个月于2008年6月入院。体检：腹膨隆。肾脏CT增强扫描＋CTU示：右侧。肾脏体积明显增大，形态不规则，上极见囊实性团块影（图1），增强后不均匀强化；右肾盂密度增高，右肾下极肾盏扩张、积水，右肾静脉显示欠清，右输尿管上段扩张。
