摘要
介绍总结了棒料凸轮轴的材料由合金结构钢(20Cr)变更为难加工的较高含锰量的优质碳素结构钢(50Mn)后,从分析材料特性入手,结合生产实际情况,通过改变切削参数、加工工艺、对比试验以及结合刀具涂层技术等方法,实现了对生产线的刀具优化并提高了生产效率降低刀具成本。
Machining of camshaft becomes more difficult when bar material changes from 20Gr (alloy steel) to 50Mn (high quality carbon structural steel) . This problem is solved by analyzing material property, changing cutting parameter and machining process, applying cutting tool coating as well as making compassion test with consideration of existing production condition, which opthnizes cutting tool, improve productivity and'extend cutting tool operational life.
