摘要
旅游企业的竞争实际上更是对人力资本的竞争。我国旅游企业人才流失的原因主要体现在没有实行合理有效的激励政策。旅游企业的员工是企业人力资本的载体,是效益提高的根本,企业管理者必须建立一套行之有效的激励机制,包括薪酬激励、环境激励、人力资本发展激励、目标激励和奖惩激励,最大限度地激发员工的主动性和创造性。
The competition of tourism enterprises is the human capital. The reasons of brain drain in our tourism enterprises are the company has not been carried out reasonable and efficient incentive policies. The staff of tourism enterprises is the carrier of human capital, enterprise managers need to establish an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the maximum of initiative and creativity of employees. Therefore, how to apply human capital theory in tourism enterprises becomes the focus on modem tourism.
