摘要
大量高硫煤燃烧伴随而来的环境问题是SO2污染及酸雨。降低SO2污染是洁净煤技术领域的主要课题。充分了解我国高硫煤的资源分布,生产现状及消费情况是必要的。讨论并比较了高硫煤脱硫技术及其经济效果(煤的洗选、型煤、循环流化床燃烧及湿法烟气脱硫)。提出了高硫煤合理利用的技术方向,指出了现阶段限产高硫煤的必要性和可能性以及限产后控制SO2排放的经济评价。认为要分阶段有重点地采取措施来解决高硫煤排放SO2的污染问题。
The huge high sulfur coal combustion resulted in the serious pollution of SO 2 emission and acid rain.Reducting polluton of SO 2 is a main subject in the field of clean coal technology.It is important to get a clear understanding of the distribution,production and consumption of high sulfur coal resources.The desulfurization technologies and its cost effectiveness,shch as coal washing,briquetting,circulating fluidized bed combustion and wet flue gas desulfurization are discussed and compared in this paper.The development prospect of rational utilization of high sulfur coal is also pointed out.The most cost effectiveness option for controlling SO 2 emission is to limit the output of high sulfur coal production in the near future.It is necessary and effective to take priority of the measure to carry out stage by stage in the period 1998 2010 for controlling the pollution of SO 2 emission.
