铝合金挤压过程中温度场变化的有限元模拟分析

摘要 运用数学理论分析铝合金型材在挤压过程中的温度变化的原理,建立铝型材挤压过程的数值模拟模型,对挤压过程中的温度变化进行模拟分析,得出坯料挤压温度变化分布图,为模具设计提供方便。 By mathematical theory,the paper analyses the principle of temperature change in aluminum alloy molding, establishes the numerical simulation modeling, analyses the temperature change in the aluminium alloy extrusion, obtains the extrusion temperature change distribution map of the semifinished materials,and provides the convenience for the mold design.
