遵义市水资源与水环境现状及控制对策

Present Situation and Control Countermeasures on Water Resources and Water Environment in Zunyi City

综合运用资料收集、实地考察、调查分析及个人访谈等多种方法,评述遵义市近几年水资源与水环境基本状况。以湘江河和乌江水库为代表,重点记录了对其考察过程,并分析当前二者的水环境状况。结合访谈中当地群众反映与收集到的历史资料,将两考察点的今昔对比情况鲜明再现。最后,总结考察成果,并依据考察区水资源与水环境现状及其形成原因,提出具体的调控措施。这既为该市合理开发利用水资源、加强水环境管理和保护提供一定的指导,也给当地政府和群众以清醒的认识,有利于公众节水意识和环保意识的建立和提高。

Comprehensibly using the multi-methods as data inquiries, field work, surveys, personal interviews and so on, the paper evaluated the basic situation of water resources and water environmant in recent years in Zunyi City. Taking the Xiangjiang River and Wujiang Reservoir as the representative, the article focused on the records of the two inspection processes and analyzed the current water environmental situation in the two-areas. Combined with the local people＇s response and the collected history information the paper vividly reproduced the contrast of past and present situation in these two-areas, at last, summarized the inspection process and proposed some specific regulation and control measures accroding to the causes and the current situation of the water resources and environment of the local area. It would provide some guidance not only rational development and utilization of water resources, strengthen environmental management and water protection, but also make the local government and people clearly know the current situation and help the public to heighten their awareness of watersaving and environment protection.
