我国独立学院工程管理专业人才培养模式研究

随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,原有的精英教育人才培养模式被打破,大众化形势下的高等教育如何确立新的人才观、教育观、质量观,如何构建符合大众化需要的人才培养模式,是摆在独立学院面前的突出问题。本文结合我国经济和社会的发展状况,分析了独立学院工程管理专业人才培养中存在的问题,并从独立学院工程管理专业师资队伍、培养方向、授课方式和实验室建设等方面提出了加强独立学院工程管理专业应用型本科人才培养的措施与建议。

With the process of China＇s popularization of higher education, the traditional education models have been challenged： How to form new conceptions of talent, education and education quality and how to establish new education models to meet the public＇s needs are problems requiring immediate solution faced by local colleges. Through analyzing the major problems of training mode of engineering management professionals in Independent Colleges, this paper gave the measures and advices that the independent colleges should improve the training mode of engineering management application-oriented professionals in the manners of teaching teams, training targets, teaching methods and laboratories building.
