选择150只1日龄雏鹅进行28 d的饲养试验,研究了在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%和0.4%的非淀粉多糖酶制剂(NSP酶制剂)后,NSP酶制剂对雏鹅血清生化指标和血清激素的影响。结果显示,0.2%与0.4%的NSP酶制剂对GLU(葡萄糖)浓度分别提高了19.47%和13.15%(P<0.05),TP(总蛋白)浓度分别提高了18.74%和22.52%(P<0.05),GPT(谷丙转氨酶)浓度分别提高了28.84%和32.91%(P<0.05);对UA(尿酸)、TC(总胆固醇)和TG(甘油三酯)浓度无显著影响(P>0.05)。0.2%与0.4%的NSP酶制剂对INS(胰岛素)的提高幅度分别为20.55%与22.83%(P<0.05),对T3(三碘甲状腺原氨酸)的提高幅度分别为17.60%与16.00%(P<0.05),对IGF-Ⅰ(胰岛素样生长因子-I)的提高幅度分别为21.16%和18.30%(P<0.05),而对TSH(促甲状腺素)、GH(生长激素)、T4(甲状腺素)和GLu(胰高血糖素)均无显著的影响(P>0.05)。
150 1-day-old goslings were used to study the effects of 28 days based diets containing different NSP (Nonstarch polysaccharides) enzymes levels (0,0.2% and 0.4%) on their blood biochemical indices and blood serum hormone indices. The results of the research on the blood biochemical indices showed that,in the conditions of both supplementations with 0.2% NSP enzymes and 0.4% NSP enzymes, GLU (Glucose) were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 19.47% and 13.15% respectively, TP(Total protein) were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 18.74% and 22.52% respectively, and GPT (Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase)were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 28.84% and 32.91% respectively. But UA(Uric acid), TC (Total cholesterol) and TG (Glycerin trilau-rate) were unchanged in statistical significance (P〉0.05). The further research on the blood serum hormone indices showed that: with the treatments in the two appointed levels of NSP enzymes, INS (Insulin) were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 20.55% and 22.83% respectively, T3 (Triiodothyronine) were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 17.60% and 16.00% respectively, and IGF- Ⅰ (Insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ ) were significantly (P〈0.05)enhanced by 21.16% and 18.30% respectively. But GLu(Glucagon),TSH(Thyroid stimulating hormone), T4(Tetraiodothyronine) and GH (Growth hormone) were unchanged in statistical significance (P〉0.05).
