摘要
对中温、高温淀粉酶和中高温混合酶在不同温度下对淀粉的分解率进行了测试,结果表明:中温淀粉酶在70℃以下有较高的活力,高于80℃时,活力迅速下降;高温淀粉酶在80℃以上活力较高,50℃以下活力很低.把中高温淀粉酶混合后,混合酶活力并没有简单的加和,即使在70℃左右,其活力还略低于单一的酶种,但混合酶却能在30~100℃保持均衡和较高的活力,且在此温度范围内还具有较高的淀粉分解率,最高和最低相差10%左右.通过对棉织物的退浆试验发现:混合酶可以在较宽的温度范围内有效地去除织物上淀粉浆料,稳定性好,实现了宽温退浆。
The starch-degrading rates were measured using medium-temp., high-temp, amylase and their mixtures under different temperatures. The results showed that the medium-temp, amylase had higher activity at 70 %;, the activity rapidly decreased over 80 %;. The activity of high-temp, amylase was high over 80 %; and low below 50 %;. The activity of medium and high temp. amylase was not the simple sum of them. The activity was slightly lower than the single one even at 70 %; or so. However, the activity of the mixed amylase could maintain uniform and high at 30-100 %;. And the starch-degrading rate was high at this temperature range, the difference of highest and lowest degrading rate was about 10%. The cotton fabric was desized with the mixed amylase. The result showed that the mixed amylase could effectively remove starch-size from the fabric under a wide temperature range and had good stability, thus wide-temp, desizing was realized.
