脂溢性角化病应用多种维生素治疗的意义

对３４例脂溢性角化病患者作了相关的糖脂定性定量检测，并采用多种维生素进行了治疗观察。发现大多数中老年患者的尿糖、血糖和血脂增高，治疗组疗前疗后血尿异常累计病例数有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。３０例患者用ＶｉｔＡ、ＶｉｔＥ、ＶｉｔＣ和ＮＡＡ联合治疗，结果表明：治疗组总有效率达９３３３％，经与对照组比较有显著性差异（ｘ２＝５３４，Ｐ＜００２５）；糖脂异常含量的下降有助于皮损的改善；少数患者服药时间较长可有轻度胃肠反应。研究结论认为，多种维生素治疗，有助于皮损消退，皮肤老化的延缓，有一定的降糖降脂效应，有益于心血管性疾病的防治。
