通过理论课程的设置及相关知识和技能的培训(本文对灾害救援护士的角色要求、培养内容和方式进行综述),以加快培养灾害救援护士进程并对其进行相应的认证,提高医疗机构应对和处理灾害发生时对伤者的医疗救护能力,提高救治水平,最大程度地挽救伤者生命。

This paper summarized the roles and requirements of disaster nurses,as well as the contents and means of disaster nursing education in order to promote the training and certification progress of specialist nurses in disaster nursing,improve the competence of disaster preparedness and responses,and thereby to increase the successful rescue rate in disasters.
