摘要
目的探讨脑钠肽(BNP)在心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选取2005年10月至2008年6月上海市青浦区中医医院收治的心源性哮喘36例与肺源性哮喘患者23例及22例无心肺疾病患者为对照,采用电化学发光免疫测定技术检测患者血浆中BNP的水平。结果心源性哮喘、肺源性哮喘患者与对照组血浆中的BNP水平分别为(1338.96±900.88)、(147.84±56.08)、(72.47±23.18)pg/mL,心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平检测有助于快速准确地诊断心源性哮喘和肺源性哮喘。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with cardiac asthma and pulmonary asthma. Methods Blood samples of 36 cardiac asthma, 23 pulmonary asthma, 22 healthy individuals as control group were collected. Samples of serum BNP concentration were analyzed by electrochemical luminescence assay (ECLA), followed by comparisons of BNP levels among all groups. Result The BNP level in cardiac asthma patients was significantly higher than that of pulmonary asthma patients and normal control group [(1338.96±900.88) pg/mL vs (147.84 ±56.08) pg/mL and (72.47±23.18) pg/mL.]. There was no significant difference of BNP level between pulmonary asthma patients and normal group (P〉0.05). The plasma BNP level was higher in cardiac asthma group than that in pulmonary asthma group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Measurement of plasma BNP is a rapid diagnostic method for cardiac asthma and pulmonary asthma.
