摘要
基于虚拟细胞计算模型建立了一个膜片钳实验仿真系统。该系统不仅能够仿真真实膜片钳实验中电流、电压钳对细胞的刺激,计算虚拟细胞在该刺激下产生的各种电生理反应,而且可以通过细胞模型设定为病理状态(如节律失常、基因变异等)进行更复杂情况下的细胞生理问题研究。同真实的膜片钳实验相比,利用本系统可以通过虚拟地"预实验"来缩短真实实验周期、节约成本,并且可以进行复杂的假设实验,有助于更深入的细胞电生理教学和科学研究工作。
Simulation system of voltage clamp experiments based on virtual ceils was presented. With the system, electrical activities of cells were simulated by stimulus of voltage clamp and current clamp protocol, and all physiological activities of cells under the stimulus could be computed via virtual cell models. Physiological issues of cells under complicated conditions could be investigated by specifying cells into pathological status such as arrhythmia and gene mutations. Compared with real patch clamp experiments, the virtual patch-clamp experiment system not only shortens time and cost of real experiments, but also simulates electrical behaviors of cells under the complicated conditions. It is very helpful to educate and research on cellular physiology.
