摘要
随着高层建筑的迅速发展,结构转换大梁也越来越广泛地应用于带转换层的高层建筑中,转换大梁往往截面很大,跨度很大,形式也多种多样。本文通过一工程实例,通过整体计算分析,并作进一步的有限元分析,比较了几种不同形式大跨度托柱转换梁的重力性能;再将单根转换梁分离,以相关构件的内力作为外荷载,对不同形式的转换梁进行截面配筋设计,同时比较不同形式转换梁的截面、材料、配筋情况等,以此为基础,进行经济性比较;根据不同形式转换梁的截面、材料、施工难易性等,进行实用性比较。通过以上各项指标的分析比较,为工程实际应用确定了最合适形式的转换大梁,创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益,同时为类似的工程设计结构选型提供了相应的依据和有益的参考。
Structure transfer beam is widely used in high buildings as the development of high buildings. The sections and spans are large. The forms are diversified too. In this paper, gravitational capability compare of some different forms large span entrust post transfer beam in high buildings are presented by an engineering example. The engineering' s holistic computation, analysis and further finite element analysis are carried out. The distributed steel of different forms transfer beam by separating single transfer beam is designed and the relevant structural member' s internal force is used as outer load. The comparisons of different forms transfer beam' s section, material and distributed steel situation and economy are mode. The compares of different forms transfer beam's practicality by its section,material and easily construction or not are introduced too. In the end, suitable form transfer beam in engineering by analysis and compare of the above-mentioned index to make better social benefit and economic effect is obtained. This paper provides other similar engineerings structure lectotype design a matching according as and a useful reference.
