青皮对大鼠离体结肠平滑肌运动的影响

Effect of Qing Pi on contractile activity of colonic muscle strips in rats

目的：观察青皮对离体结肠平滑肌运动的影响。方法：用生理记录仪同时记录安置在各灌流肌槽中的大鼠结肠头端和尾端纵、环行肌肌条的收缩活动。结果：青皮可明显减小各肌条的收缩波平均振幅，减慢收缩频率；六烃季胺、心得安、酚妥拉明、消炎痛和L－NNA均不能阻断其抑制作用。结论：青皮可能通过对平滑肌的直接作用或其他途径来抑制大鼠离体结肠平滑肌肌条的收缩活动。

Objective and Methods: Motility of longitudinal and cbeular strips taken from rat prokimal and distal colon were simultaneously recorded in 4 tissue chambers to test the effect of Qing Pi.Results: Qing Pi decreased the mean contractile amplitude and the frequency of all of the strips.The effect was not blocked by hexamethonium, propranolol, phentolamine, indomethacin and L-NNA. Conclusion :TheSe results indicated that the inhibitory effect of Qing Pi on colonic strips may act on the smooth muscle directly or others.
