内皮细胞生长因子治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF ECGFTHERAPY FOR PEPTIC ULCER

选取２８例消化性溃疡病人为对照组（服用洛赛克、阿莫西林、灭滴灵）、３４例为治疗组（在对照组用药基础上加服ＥＣＧＦ口服液），疗程１４ｄ，结果发现对照组与治疗组的近期疗效无显著差异，远期疗效有显著差异．提示ＥＣＧＦ可明显提高溃疡愈合的质量。

It is randomly chosen 28 cases as Control group (Losec,Amoxicillin and Metronidazole ), and 34 cases as therapy group (add ECGF,the endothelial cell growth factor). Theres no difference in late effect,but the long effect has quite differences.It suggests that ECGF can improve the quality of ulcer healing.
