提高手术室工作效率的做法与体会

Methods and experience of improving work efficiency in the operating room

目的通过改进管理方式提高手术室工作效率。方法分析影响手术效率的原因,制订相应措施,完善和落实各项规章制度,加强手术人员、用物及环境管理。结果手术周转速度加快,每个手术间日均完成手术量增加,手术间利用率增加,超时工作时数减少。结论手术室规范化管理能提高手术间利用率和手术室工作效率,减少超时工作时数。

Objective To improve work efficiency in operating room through modifying the management mode. Methods The factors influencing the efficiency of surgeries were analyzed. Then, some improvement measures were implemented, such as modifying regulations and rules, strengthening the management of personnel,materials and instruments,as well as the environment. Results The turn over rate daily surgery amount,and the utilization rate of the operating room were significantly increased. At the same time,the overtime hours was reduced. Conclusion The standardized management can improve work efficiency and the utilization rate of operating room and decrease nurses＇ overtime hours.
