脑损伤对大鼠血浆和肺组织血管活性肠肽含量的影响及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察脑创伤对大鼠血浆和肺组织血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响,以及VIP在脑创伤致急性肺损伤中的意义。方法成年Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、脑创伤组,采用放免法分别测定伤后0.5h、6h、24h、72h的血浆和肺组织VIP含量。结果伤后0.5h肺组织及24h血浆和肺组织VIP均明显低于正常对照组,而伤后6h、72h血浆和肺组织VIP明显高于正常对照组,且二者含量变化明显相关,比值仅在伤后72h明显降低。结论脑创伤后大鼠血浆和肺组织VIP含量变化与病程有关。早期可能对肺损伤起保护作用。 bjectives The effects of brain trauma on levels of VIP in the plasma and pulmonary of rat and pathophsiology of VIP in acute lung injury caused by brain trauma were observed.Methods Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal and brain trauma groups.The levels of VIP in the plasma and pulmonary of rat were determined by RIA.Results The results show that:levels of VIP in the pulmonary at 0.5h,24h and in the plasma at 24h of rat with brain trauma were significantly lower than normal group,but significantly higher at 6h and 72h.Changes of VIP in the plasma and pulmonary were correlated marketly with each other,their quotient was decreased only at 72h after brain trauma.Conclusions The results suggest that levels of VIP in the plasma and pulmonary of rat with brain trauma were correlated with the course of disease;VIP may play an important role in protecting lung injury at early period,but causing lung injury at later period after brain trauma
