摘要
目的探讨小学教师心理健康状况,为有针对性的对小学教师开展心理健康教育和有关部门在制定相关政策时提供依据和参考。方法应用SCL-90量表对东莞市厚街镇236名小学教师进行评测,并将评测结果与中国常模对照。结果东莞市厚街镇小学教师的心理健康水平低于全国成人一般水平,且不同性别教师的心理健康状况有显著差异。结论东莞市厚街镇小学教师存在较严重的心理健康问题。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of primary school teachers. Methods Using SCL-90 questionnaire to assess the mental health status of 236 primary school teachers and to compare the obtained results of the norm of China. Results The mental health status of primary school teachers in this study are below the mean value of adult in China. The result also reveals that the mental health status of primary school teachers correlated with gender of teachers. Conclusion Primary school teachers have significant mental health problem.
