多孔ZTM陶瓷的制备与性能

摘要 高温性能稳定、抗热震性好的莫来石是一种重要的工程陶瓷材料。但是莫来石的室温强度较低,使其工程应用受到很大的限制。由于多孔莫来石的强度大大低于致密莫来石,因而对其研究较少。通过在氢氧化锆和氢氧化钇混合溶胶中加入莫来石制备了5%(体积分数)3Y—TZP/莫来石粉体,800℃煅烧后再添加5%~25%(质量分数)淀粉作为造孔剂,在1500-1600℃烧成后获得了强度高、抗热震性好的多孔ZTM陶瓷。 Mullite is a kind of important engineering ceramic material with high temperature mechanical stability and good thermal shock resistance. Because of its poor mechanical properties at room temperature, the engineering applications of mullite are greatly restricted. In addition,the bending strength of porous mullite is much lower than that of densed mullite. The study on porous mullite is limited. In this work, the mixed gels of Zr(OH)4 and Y(OH)3 by a coprecipitation route are added into mullite to prepare 5vol% 3Y TZP/mullite powders. After the powders are calcined at 800℃ ,the 5wt%-25wt% starch as hole-making agent is added into the powders. The porous ZTM samples with high strength and good thermal shock resistance are achieved,sintered at temperature ranging from 1500℃ to 1600℃.
