摘要
简略分析了提高铝电解烟气干法净化效率需要解决的关键问题,详细介绍了铝电解烟气干法净化除尘器内部流场试验研究过程中发现的问题,并对半工业性试验除尘器内部同一水平面速度场作了测定。根据测试到的数据和现场观察到的情况以及除尘器滤袋上的粉尘分布情况,并通过计算机模拟试验综合分析,确定在除尘器灰斗内加隔板的形式,控制除尘器内气固两相流的流动,改善除尘器内部流场。通过试验证明,该试验方案切实可行,不但改进了除尘器内部的气流分布,而且使除尘器内滤袋上的粉尘分布也更加均匀,试验系统除尘器出口干管内的排尘浓度已经控制在5mg/m3(N)以下,达到了预期的目标。
This article briefly analyses the key issues to be solved for enhancing the efficiency of pot fume dry scrubbing system, and introduces in details the problems found during the experiment on the flow field inside bag filter of pot fume dry scrubbing system, also mananrates the velocity field at the same level inside the semi - industrial testing bag filter. According to the test data and the status observed on site as well as the powder distribution on the filter hag, and via the comprehensive analysis of computer simulation experiment, it is confirmed to control the gas - solid two phase flow and improve the flow field inside bag filter by adding buffering plate in the hopper. The experiment proves that such experiment solution is feasible, as it not only improves the internal airflow distribution, but also makes the powder distribution well- proportioned on the filter hag, The dust concentration discharged from the outlet main duct of tested filter system has already been controlled below 5mg/m^3(N), which reaches the prospective aim.
