摘要
我国旅游产业发展中存在的多方面问题,已经严重制约着我国旅游产业的持续健康发展,必须通过旅游产业整合,提升旅游产业的竞争力。产业整合是为了提升产业竞争力,增加产业系统内各利益主体的共同利益而在产业系统内进行的资源重新配置和调整的过程。产业整合主要相关理论有新古典企业理论、价值链理论、产业组织理论及交易费用理论等,它们都从各自的视角对产业整合的动因、途径、目标等进行了分析。旅游业与制造业在产业性质和特征方面存在较为明显的差异,在产业内部结构与运作体系上也不同,因而,旅游业的产业整合与制造业的产业整合不同。针对当前我国旅游产业发展中存在的旅游产业秩序缺乏、旅游产业内部结构不合理、旅游产业组织不健全、旅游产业政策不统一等问题,提出我国旅游产业的发展必须进行彻底的产业整合,减少产业内耗,发挥协同效应,全面提升旅游产业的运行效率。
The problems in China's tourism industry have severely hampered the sustainable development of tourism industry. To improve the competitiveness of tourism industry, tourism industrial structure should be intergrated. Industrial integration is to re-allocate and coordinate the resource in the industrial system in order to increase the interests of different stakeholders. Theories about industrial integration mainly includes Neo-classical finn theory, value-chain theory, industrial organization theory and transaction cost theory, etc. Each theory analyzes the motivation, approach, target from different perspectives. Tourism industry and manufactural industry have differences in industrial integration because of their differences in industrial nature and features. At present, the problems existing in China's tourism industry are as follows: lack of order, the internal structure of the tourism industry being and industrial organization tmreasonable, and tourism industrial policies being in contradiction, This article puts forward that only through industrial integration,decreasing internal friction and realizing synergy effect, can the operation etiiciecy of tourism industry be greatly improved.
